What went well this week?
This past week included the transition from Troy back to Sumter. That transition went well. Wrapping up things with my Troy friends went well. Welcoming uncle Kent and aunt Erin to Sumter has also gone well. The highlight of the week was also meeting with Savannah and Xavier. The progress with the app has gone well, although I need to put more hours towards it. Another thing that went well was the family meeting that we had with Kent and Erin about Maw's care. Another thing that went well was the Yolima website edits, Johanna's website edits, PWVTA coming back on board, Jennifer website work, and my session with Tony. There is a lot of agency stuff popping up, and while it feels like work, it is a good feeling to have things moving.
What didn’t go well this week?
I would like to get back into the code of the app and put more hours into that project overall. I don't have too many things to report that didn't go well this week. I would say that I have let Instagram and TikTok creep back into my life and my screen time has gone up. It's not the worst thing to ever happen, but I am staying aware of it. Oh yeah, and the biggest thing that didn't go well this past week was that I didn't do my Sunday weekly reflection last week. I have no excuse. I am sad that it broke the streak. I also have been lax with the gym so I'd like to get back on that.
What are you grateful for?
I am the most grateful for my Troy community and my family here in South Carolina. I am grateful for Kent and Erin and the conversation that we had about Maw. I am grateful for Maw and how we remain close. I took her to church today which she was grateful for. I am quite grateful for Jesse and the closeness that we have. I am grateful for the time outside with dad and uncle Paul splitting wood today for the Christmas Eve hog roast. I am grateful for getting manicures and pedicures with Maw, Kent, Erin, and mom.
What are your focus projects?
My focus projects this upcoming week are spending quality holiday time with the family and working on the app. I am most looking forward to the "stakeholder meeting" for the app on Christmas day with Kent and Erin.
